Our client is a leading consumer goods company that bases its key concept around fulfilling the customers wish with utmost speed, accuracy and low cost operations. With its goal, the company is rapidly growing and is seeking to expand its HR staff to support its growing number of employees.

The reponsibilities for this position is all areas of Human Resources. Some of the main projects for this upcoming year are recruiting, training, compensation & benefit structure review, performance management and organizational development. You will have an understanding of the operations of this group and will require a high level of analytical skill and be able to come up with a solution with a strategic approach. Also, you will be managing a few HR staff and will be taking a leadership role.

スキル・資格

This role has a wide variety of functions and the ideal candidate will have experience as a HR Generalist or have experience in a few different HR functions. Our client seeks a proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced working environment who can respond quickly to reach their goals. Native Japanese with business level English is required. Sound knowledge of Japanese labor laws and a high level of communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. 3+ years of HR experience and managing people.
