JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Title: eCommerce Analyst
Reporting to: eBusiness Group Manager
Type: Full Time Employee

Position Summary

This is an important role in eBusiness Group which runs enterprise-wise eCommerce related projects. Usually, this kind of projects will cover both legacy system and new platforms.

The eCommerce Analyst reports to eBusiness Group Manager and works closely with Project Implementation team, Business Analyst and Business Users. He/she should understand business requirement very well and ensure to create a proper solution for eCommerce related projects in the company.

-Communicate with IT and Business users to collect the business requirements and create the requirement documents.
-Analysis Business Users requirements (i.e DP&A/IA/FI/SC etc.) to ensure the user requirements to be reflected to new systems correctly and efficiently within system implementation.
-Help eBusiness Manager to control the vendors to ensure the efficiency of development and enhancement.
-Help eBusiness Manager to provide enterprise-wise long-term solution to ensure succeed of strategic projects.
-Establish and maintain a proper eCommerce requirements management procedure.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
General Experience and Qualifications
Essential Experience and Qualifications;
1)Bachelors degree in Computer Science, and at least 3+ years experience in Insurance systems development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2)1+ years System Development experience including requirements, design, development, testing and delivery.
3)3+ years experience Insurance system analysis including a deep understanding of insurance system design, system integration and Database Migration.
4)Understand Life/J system
5)Knowledge on Design DB
6)Demonstrable skills in interfacing with users and gathering requirements, overall good consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
7)Good Japanese/English writing and documentation skills are required.
