◆Assess and identify the organization’s regional training and development requirements, and create and manage regional programs that address career development needs
◆Manage the delivery aspects of regional training and development programs
◆Assesses effectiveness of training programs
◆Manage regional budget to achieve overall objectives for the region’s training and development functions
