◆経営意思決定および目標を立てるために財務評価指数を提供し、部門長を支援
◆シニアマネージメントのための特別評価指数報告書作成
◆チームの効率的な業務を確立するためにリーダーシップ的な役割を積極的に行うことでマネージャーを支援

◆Annual business plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts of department expense budgeting
◆Monthly/quarterly performance variance analysis with tracking of actuals
◆Supporting department heads by providing financial metrics to help their business decisions/targets
◆Ad-hoc metrics reporting for senior management
◆Support manager by proactively taking a leadership role to ensure the efficient operation of the team
