募集要項

* Helpdesk Supervision
* Plan and implement help desk services, including:
infrastructure (e.g., PCs, telephones), tools, procedure etc.
* Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and track help desk
performance against SLAs
* Prepare reports on help desk performance for client management
* Assist in recruiting help desk staff
* Supervise help desk operations including managing help desk staff
* Mentor and assist junior user support engineers.

スキル・資格

* Experience and/or aptitude and strong interest in
* Experience with Windows XP, Windows domain/AD, MS Office
2003 and Outlook/Exchange environments
* Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking and Systems
* Previous experience with Helpdesk and/or user IT support
* Excellent customer service skills, by telephone and
