募集要項

1. Legal Counsel to the Selected Business Units
Act as a partner of the Business Units and provide legal counseling to those Business Units of our company to assist the Business Units to achieve their objectives. Work includes advice on contracts with customers and business partners, patient and customer claim handling, and litigation management.
Ensure the compliance of our company Code of Conduct and the Business Conduct Standards by the responsible Business Units.
Lead the Business Units efforts to implement the legal compliance. Issues involved include employment, intellectual property, patient privacy, product promotion, pharmaceutical affairs law issues.

2. Intellectual Property Related Legal Work
Provide expertise and experience to the legal department of our company as it faces increasing needs for coordinating the intellectual property work with the corporate headquarters. Issues include handling of joint development work with physician customers and licensing of customer’s intellectual property.

3. PAL Quality Related Legal Work
Lead proactive development PAL and Quality legal strategies
Align legal and business strategies and operations for Compliance, PAL, and quality issues
Identify and address PAL, and Quality legal trends, issues and opportunities
Develop strong relationships with, and act as primary point of contact for PAL, quality and legal issues with customers, business partners, and industry associations

スキル・資格

1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Minimum 5 years of broad legal experience; combination of law firm and corporate environment preferred. Experience in Intellectual property and PAL preferred.
Experience in working for US or other multinational company abroad preferred
Strong ability to develop teams and partnerships
Strong ability to work independently
Strong ability to lead and manage cross functional teams
Strategic thinking and strong ability to balance legal and business objectives
Fluency in English

2. Educational level:
Educated to degree level
Admitted to practice law in the US, or any other major common law jurisdiction preferred
Member of recognized professional body preferred
