Our client is a foreign-capital pharmaceuticals company. This position is the result of an internal transfer.

◆Working under the director, oversee recruitment planning decision-making in line with business strategy
◆Advice and propose solutions for senior management in each business line regarding the HR requirements for the operations of each business line
◆Manage and work with agents
◆Work together with Global HR
◆Train and develop staff members

◆Working hours: 08:45 to 17:30

7年以上にわたる社内外の人事部門スタッフあるいはコンサルタントとしての下記の経験・スキルのある方：
◆グローバルカンパニーの人事経験
◆採用、人的資源管理に関する経験
◆管理職としての部下指導・育成経験
◆TOEIC750以上
◆学士もしくは修士卒業資格
◆社会保険労務士、産業カウンセラー、キャリアカウンセラー保有資格尚可
◆人事諸制度、特に報酬、等級、異動など人的資源管理、組織管理に関する全般的な知識
◆人事全般についての関連法規の知識
◆マネージメントスキル
◆本社とのコミュニケーションに必要な英語力
◆リーダシップをとれる方
◆交渉力、調整力に優れた方

At least 7 years’ experience as either HR staff or as a consultant with the following experience/skills:
◆HR experience in a global company
◆Experience in recruitment and managing human resources
◆Experience training and developing staff members as a manager
◆TOEIC score of 750 or higher
◆Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
◆Employee social insurance, workplace counsellor and/or career counsellor qualifications a plus
◆Knowledge of HR systems (especially remuneration, grades, transfers, etc) and organizational management
◆Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
◆Management skills
◆English skills to communicate with head office
◆Leadership qualities
◆Exceptional negotiating and bargaining skills
