
· Administration of current staff contracts and staff issues
· Recruitment including liaison with human resource companies, candidate screening,
interview management, visas and medical exams
· Contracts for new staff
· Labor Law and Company Rule compliance including attendance records
· Staff resignation, dismissal, holidays, and compensatory matters
· Implementation of employee evaluation procedures
· Supervise staff name cards, contact lists, seating
Computer and software literate
Hands on and self directed personality, creative thinking
Capacity to manage confidential and/or sensitive information and situations
General knowledge of IT systems
Familiarity with or ability to learn labor laws
Ability to evaluate costs and options for various purchases
Knowledge of managing staff motivation and related legal/policy matters
Willingness and desire to learn more equal weight with in depth experience
