Role:
Work as a process engineer in our Flash memory factory and Support, maintain and troubleshoot wafer manufacturing processes and equipment
Data analysis, evaluation, optimization, implementation of new equipment


<Process/Manufacturing Engineer>
フラッシュメモリ製造前工程における各プロセス技術開発、および各プロセスの装置保全、装置トラブル
シューティング、特性評価・データ解析、歩留まり改善、新規装置立ち上げなどを担当して頂きます。
各工程：Lithography、Dry Etching、Ion Implantation、Diffusion、CMP、CVD、Metal、Wet

Must requirements:
We are looking for engineers experienced in either or all of the following processes:
Lithography, Dry Etching, Ion Implantation, diffusion, CMP, CVD, Metal, Wet etc.
You may be asked to participate in the set-up of a new factory, which would be a 1 year project.

Desired Requirements:
Experience with 130nm or beyond
Experience with Flash,EEPROM,DRAM,SRAM manufacturing
Experience with implementation of new manufacturing equipment, setting up new factories
