Our client is one of the world’s largest financial institutions and has a long business history in Japan and Asia.
This is a replacement position.
◆Set policies to ensure the maintenance of an effective compliance function
◆Support business managers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
◆Work with business in crisis management
◆Maintain productive contact with regulatory bodies
◆Promote a compliance culture throughout the company
◆Protect the company’s reputation

◆大卒者または関連分野でのご経験がある方が好ましい。（法律、金融、経済など）
◆JSDA外務員資格取得者
◆社内および社外顧客と連絡を取り合うために、日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方
◆リーダーシップがあり、具体例をだしてチームメンバーに動機付けができる方
◆チームの日常業務に快く参加する前向きな姿勢の方

◆Bachelor’s degree or better in a relevant discipline (Law, Finance, Economics, etc)
◆JSDA Internal Administrator qualification
◆Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English for communicating with internal and external clients
◆Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members by example
◆A can-do attitude with a willingness to take part in the day-to-day running of the team
