A famous retail company seeks a strong HR training manager to develop training and leadership programs and organize talent management. Main duties include talent development, succession planning, and performance management. This position requires experience and holds a high level of management responsibility.

Eligibility:

Experience in implementation of development and training programs

Be in regular contact with US HQ

Ability to manage a team as many duties (recruiting, etc) will be delegated to lower staff.

Self-motivated;

Native Japanese;

Ability to communicate in international environment (proficiency in English);

University graduate;
