を募集しております!!

チーフマーチャンダイザーとして以下の業務を管理して頂きます：商品生産、商品企画、プロモーション、マーケティング企画、在庫管理、棚卸、チーム開発、他マーチャンダイジング業務

Our client, an international casual mega brand, is seeking a Chief Merchandiser.

As a Chief Merchandiser, you will be supervising all activities related to the production and product planning, promotion and marketing plans, inventory control and allocation, as well as developing growth for your team and other merchandising activities.

スキル・資格

【必要な知識/経験/能力】
■素材商社での営業経験またはアパレルのMD経験がある。
■商品企画～店頭までの全工程でリスクマネジメントができる。
■業務のプロセス、局面に応じて組織横断的なプロジェクトマネジメントができる。

【望ましい知識/経験/能力】
■アイテムを問わず商品企画に対しての知識がある。
■市場をみて、経験を踏まえたトレンド判断、動向の判断ができる。
■あらゆる面での商品動向（特にコスト面）に関しての数値判断能力を有する。

Required Skills：
・Sales and/or MD experience at apparel company
・Risk management in the whole process(from product planning to store
　operation.)
・Cross organizational project management accountability in
　accordance with business process and phsses

Desirable skills：
・ Knowledge in product planning regardless of any products
・ Ability to make right decision as well as take rigth actions of 　
　 trends with utilizing experience on the market trends
・ Numeric analitical ability in all aspects of product trends 　
　(especially for the cost )
