
顧客の視点に立ち、フィールドにおける品質保証活動のリーダーシップをとる。本社品質保証部、各工場との交渉を通じて最適な問題解決を実践。また、ターゲットとした市場ないしは顧客への積極的な品質保証活動を展開。品質監査、個別問題解決を通じて社内の体質改善を立案、実施する。QAディレクターに直接レポート。
Reporting to: QA Director
Duties:
- Undertake the initiative to solve QA problems from the viewpoint of customers.
- Execute problem solving solutions whilst working closely with the QA Team in HQ and at each customer factory
- Responsible for all QA activities for targeted markets/customers
- Propose and execute plans to solve QA issues
Major Performance Objectives:
- Conduct action planning for issue resolution based on type of quality issues and requirements: Based on customer input or requirements, plan actions for issue resolution, and work with responsible teams to drive completion of each actions.
- Conduct fact finding with the customer for failures and propose appropriate failure analysis procedure: Obtain details of customer problems and propose appropriate failure analysis procedure, and managing progress of failure analysis with reviews of the result and discussion with engineers.
- Conduct review of failure analysis result and propose area of investigation and actions: Based on failure analysis result, work with responsible engineering team to list area of investigation and to have action plan, and drive the actions to correct our issues related, design, FAB, assembly, test and operation.
- Conduct review of FA and corrective action and propose required actions with the customer to contain and prevent the issue: Based on understanding of root cause and corrective action, review impact to the customer and customer production status, provide appropriate actions for the customer to contain and prevent customer to have the same failures continuously.
- Control customer on quality issues and requirements : Obtain and understand customer issues and requirements. Provide appropriate and timely communication with the customer while actions are being taken. Explain, negotiate and convince customer on company conclusion and actions taken, and close issues completely
- Conduct comprehensive review of quality and green requirements: Review customer quality requirements, such as quality programs, reliability requirement, quality standard and environmental requirements, and provide proposal for HQ QA to review. Work with responsible team to have appropriate response to those requirements.

- 半導体の品質保証業務ないしはプロセス技術経験が10年以上あること
- 半導体製造工程(ウェハー・組み立て・テスト)の理解があること
- TOEIC 700点以上の英会話交渉能力を有すること
- 信頼性工学の加速モデル、故障物理の理解が有ること
- 半導体不良解析手法、ツールに関する理解があること
- ISO9000、TS16949への理解があること
- 内部工程・工場監査経験を有すること
- プロジェクトリーダー経験
- 顧客との直接のインターフェース経験
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience of quality assurance or process engineering experience.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes, wafer fabrication, assembly and test
- Understanding of reliability engineering and failure physics.
- Understanding of semiconductor failure analysis methods and tools.
- ISO9000 and TS16949 certification work experience
- Experience for internal process and factory audit.
- Project leadership experience.
- Direct customer interface experience highly desirable.
- Good English and Japanese communication skills (TOEIC 700 or higher).
