·マーケティング·セールスチームの一員として、製品の目標が日本市場において明確に理 解、共有され、目標達成のための各種戦略が実行・推進されることに貢献する
·マーケティングイニシアティブによる実現可能性を検討する
· 検討された選択肢におけるコスト、効果を分析する
·市場のﾆｰｽﾞと製品特性を分析する
· 担当領域におけるビジネスチャンスを検討（新適応症、フェーズⅣなど）する
·フェーズ４における実行計画を医薬開発部と協議する
·販売データ、マーケットデータ、競合情報を分析する
·製品戦略とマーケティングプランにおけるマーケティングイニシアティフﾞを提案する
·マーケティング戦略部よりマーケティング活動などのデータを入手する
·マーケティング活動データを分析する
·マーケティングプランを実行するための方法を提案する
·グループメンバーが問題を解決し、パフォーマンスをあげるための助言をおこなう

· 製薬業界における営業およびマーケティングの経験（マーケティング経験必須）
· マーケティング市場調査担当経験（あれば尚可）
· 他部門・他部署間との業務連携の経験とスキル
· 製薬業界におけるマーケティングの実務知識
· 分析能力
· 客観的判断能力、戦略志向
· 製品企画力/治療領域における専門知識
· チームの中でリーダーシップを発揮できる能力
· 大学卒以上
· MBA 保有者（あれば優遇）
· 意思疎通におけるわずかな齟齬はあるものの、複雑な業務を順調に遂行できるコミュニ　ケーション·レベル
