募集要項
As a member of the customer support team, you will act as a first point of customers to:
- investigate and solve customer incidents
- maintain accurate records of discussions/correspondence with customers
- solve basic incidents
- liaise with internal departments
Provide customers with excellent support services and develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty, while meeting contract commitments within cost targets.
