Change Management Officer position for a foreign bank.
The Change Management Officer will set up and manage the Change Management function of the bank in Japan.
The challenge involves:
- selecting the right change initiatives across all departments, based on the cost/benefit analysis method.
- Various scope of initiatives - from large programs, projects (developing additional products or functions) to small, incremental changes (e.g. process efficiency gains, enhancing user functionality)
Other tasks:
Implementation of change initiatives.
Coordinate the implementation of change across all departments.
Manage cross-functional projects.

- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial sector experience preferred
- Change management experience preferred
