募集要項
- Manage all aspects of the department (with specific focus on empowerment and accountability)
- Lead development of Production in improvement of volume, quality, cost and lead time.
- Implement the manufacturing strategy and complete new ERP within three years.
- Work closely together with the R&D and Marketing department to optimize & control the material supply chain in a quality assured way and ensure qualitative and timely introduction of new products on the assembly lines.
- Develop and execute plant operating plans including operating budget, capital plans, staffing and capacity.
- Enhance the competence of the manufacturing organisation by improving product and process quality & stability and continuously setting up adequate training programs for white & blue collars.
- Drive manufacturing metrics such as cost, quality, cycle time and new product deployment.
- Ensure effective planning and strategy development of assembly.

- University education aligned with needs of this role (Engineering)
- Proven management skills in a similar position in leading a manufacturing successfully
- Ability to work to tight schedules, prioritise workload and meet specific deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with all levels in a confident manner
- Very flexible approach to work, demonstrated influencing skills
- Excellent organization skills along with sound operational acumen.
- Strong, results oriented
- English skill: Fluent, Japanese skill: Native
