Client Support
·Monthly/Quarterly status update and Plan vs. Actual report to Account Management Teams, their local clients and HQs
·Supervise the Reporting Team
·Monthly CP actual report to GAD (preparation is done by Reporting team members)
·Monthly Revenue Accrual for clients
·Monthly Non-contract pipeline file update for clients to manage their pure local business and revenues
·Monthly/Quarterly Resource Management with Account Team (Including actual timesheet analysis)
·Quarterly Revenue Forecast
·Quarterly Outstanding PO analysis

Manager AP Coordination:

·Payment flow clarification on AP/NY funded out of scope work
·Revenue forecast variance check vs. actual by each funding line
·Production cost analysis

Contract Revenue Accrual/Reverse
·Quarterly Reverse request should be billed at the end of each quarter.
·Document Preparation for Internal Audit and supporting the Audit whenever it takes place.

-MUST have experience in a Business planning/control function
- Should have strong financial planning and analysis skills
