Linuxをベースとした携帯電話向けソフトウェア開発部門のマネージャ
· 弊社Linux Platformベースに、携帯電話向けソフトウェアを開発する部門のマネージャとして、国内外のキャリア向け標準ソフト開発、個別メーカ向けカスタマイズの実施

· 大卒以上
· 3年以上の携帯電話開発に関わるプロジェクト、開発部隊のマネージメント経験者
· 部門運営の２年以上の経験を持ち、ヒューマンコミュニケーションに明るく、プロジェクトマネージメントに自信のある人物
· C言語必須
· 開発部門の長として、事業計画を立案でき、その遂行を確実にできる
· 要員管理、予算管理、プロジェクト管理、品質管理を行い部門運営できる
· 他部署、海外拠点メンバと協調し作業できる
· ブラウザ、メール、JAVA、RSS、Widgets、DocViewer、電話、PIM、マルチメディア、SIM/IMSなどの携帯電話に搭載される必要知識があれば尚可
· 開発のゴールを正しく認識し、そのゴールに向かって開発メンバの指揮を高め最適化できる方
· 品質基準、顧客要件を正しく把握し、情報共有できる形に表現でき、要員管理、進捗管理、品質管理、予算管理できる方
· 顧客、開発メンバとのコミュニケーション能力、および人を動かすためのコツを抑えており誤解なく相手と交渉できる方
· 英語での読み書き必須（海外メンバーとのやりとり有）
· 英語での会話ができれば尚可
