-Summary:
-The objective of this position is to build and expand the relationship with the prospecting/existing clients (Strategic Partner) in Japan cooperating with RM and to contribute to the sales activity. RM Associate works in conjunction not only with the RM but with the Advisor and the Advisor associate to form an effective sales team to service our client.

-Responsibilities:
-Support RM in his/her strategic business planning and execution.
-Support RM in his/her business to develop and nurture prospecting and existing client relationships.
-Organize fund manager, SPM client visits.
-Support RM to organize Due Diligence meeting, Review meeting, IPI events.
-Support RM in their project and daily work responsibilities.
-Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming inquires by the client on behalf of RM.
-Ensure follow-through and continue communication between our company and the investment community.
-Handle inquires and request from the client and RM appropriately
-Provide continual feedback to RM on distributor and product requests, competitor information and operational or other issues.
-Interface between various departments such as Product Development, Legal, Operations and Accounting on issues as they relate to these departments.
-Work with related departments in NY on special projects.
-Activity list update and make client meeting report.
-Meeting arrangement both internal and external.
-Handle Client information and client list maintenance.
-Handle inbound inquiry call from advisor and the end investors.
-Work with Managers on special projects.
-Back up Associate Advisor.

-The above includes all the activity related to ITM products including business below as well as offshore funds, Fund of Fund, Variable Annuity, DC, Sub-advisory.

-顧客（既存および新規）とのビジネス拡大およびリレーションシップの強化のため、リレーションシップ・マネジャーを以下の活動においてサポート：
--ファンドマネジャー、SPMなどのビジターの顧客訪問アレンジ
--デューデリジェンス・ミーティング、レビュー・ミーティング、IPIの関連部署と顧客とのアレンジ
--リレーションシップ・マネジャーの担当するプロジェクトおよび作業
--日々の顧客とのコミュニケーション全般

-顧客またはリレーションシップ・マネジャーからの問い合わせやリクエストに対し、適切な対応を行う
-顧客からのリクエストや競合他社情報、オペレーションやその他につき、リレーションシップ・マネジャーに適切にフィードバックを行う
-社内の他の部門とコミュニケーションを図りながら顧客およびリレーションシップ・マネジャーのリクエストに対応する
-特定のプロジェクト等においてNYの関連部署と協力しながら顧客およびリレーションシップ・マネジャーのリクエストに対応する
-コールレポート、アクティビティリストの更新
-社内・社外のミーティングのスケジューリング
-顧客情報管理
-お客様窓口および販売会社専用ヘルプデスクの対応
-特別なプロジェクトや企画についてマネジャーをサポートする
-アドバイザー・アソシエートのバックアップ
-上記の業務には国内投信のみならず、リレーションシップ・マネジャーが手がける外国籍投信、FOFビジネス、VA、DC、サブアドバイザリーを含む。

-Must be a team player and work well with corresponding RM, Advisor and Advisor associate.
-Must be a good communicator.
-Must have a good eye for detail.
-Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects with required time frame with priority.
-Must be a highly motivated person.
-Must be professional, courteous and flexible at all times.
-A supportive, persuasive business and telephone manner with clients.
-Must have knowledge about the industry and the structure of the mutual fund in Japan.
-Broad knowledge about Financial Market and Capital Market.
-Should have good personal computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Ideally bilingual in Japanese and English.
