HR Manager
Pharmaceutical Industry


Our client is an established player in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in the Japan corporate office. In this role you will review and implement corporate policies across Japan. You will ensure that the employees are familiar with HR requirements, that you build the team culture and maintain regular communication with the employees.

Degree qualified you must have at least seven years of HR Generalist experience, preferably gained from within a Multinational. You should have strong organisational and co-ordination skills. In addition the ability to be enthusiastic, high energy and confident in carrying out your responsibilities in an independent environment is essential to succeed.
