-As a Salesperson in this team, your role will primarily involve the marketing/selling of equity derivative products to major Japanese securities houses and retail banks.

-Fund, equity derivative or structured product sales to major brokerages and retail banks in Japan;
-Interpretation of local client / market requirements to ensure effective product development and a focus on innovation.

- 効果的な商品開発や新しい商品開発のため、支社クライアントおよび市場ニーズの解釈・説明

-Competency in selling related products to financial institutions in Japan.
-High levels of initiative, energy and drive.
-Native Japanese and fluent English language ability.
-Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work well in team environment.

-Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japan with an asset management firm, securities house or retail bank selling products such as funds or structured notes are welcome to apply.
