1. Daily Logistics arrangement support
2. Domestic and International business trip support
3. Order Office supply, Business Card, Condolence & Congratulation mail/flower to clients
4. In-coming Telephone call with clients, arranging Telephone conference
5. Taking care of Overseas visitor - incl. securing visitor room and their general care while in Japan
6. Assisting Banker with their Client Meeting with Executives - coordination with Executive’s secretaries
