Our client is leading financial institution with a very stable business in Japan.

Reporting to the Head of Organizational Development, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful design and delivery of HR/OD consulting projects whilst ensuring effective client relationship management. This challenging and diverse role will involve management of projects across all aspects of organizational development, including assessment/development centres, leadership development programs, organizational surveys, HR consulting and career coaching.

This is a rare opportunity to work on pure OD related projects in a leading company.
Excellent opportunity to develop as an OD specialist in a leading financial firm. Salary up to 8 million depending on experience.

Personal qualities that are essential for this role will include:

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Organizational Development,
Strong knowledge of recognized projects methodologies and reporting procedures,
Superior communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
Ability to relate at all levels,
Strong business development and client relationship management skills,
Strong business acumen and a strong team approach to enable our client to continue to maintain its leading profile in the market place.
