-Provide support and advise regarding Compliance issues for the Equities, Research and Private Banking Department.
-Monitoring of dealings for the above departments, revision of solicitation materials and on-going sales status.
-Other Compliance tasks including project planning, preparation and implementation.


-エクイティ部門、リサーチ部門、プライベート・バンキング部門へのコンプライアンスに関するサポート、アドバイス提供業務
-上記部門の取引監視業務、勧誘文書の改善、現存するセールス状況の監視業務
-その他コンプライアンス・タスク（プロジェクト・プランニング）の準備・実行業務

-Required Personality
-A bright and active person that can take leadership.
-Prudent, but at the same time can take initiative.
-A team player.

-Skills, Expertise, Experience(Must)
-5 or more years of experience in a Securities Company.
-3 or more years of Compliance experience in a Securities Company.
-Certificate of JSDA Internal Administrator.
-PC Skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes etc.)
-Communication Skills (Someone that can communicate and can be communicated to).
-Presentation Skills (We sometimes conduct seminars).

-Skills, Expertise, Experience(Nice to have)
-Work experience in financial institutions - other than securities firms.
-Work experience in a financial institution - other than in Compliance.
-Basic knowledge of law (graduated university - majored in law).
-Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and finance.
-English - Advanced Level : Fluent(frequent use on a business level).

-証券会社における5年以上の業務経験
-証券会社における3年以上のコンプライアンス業務経験
-日本証券業協会内部管理責任者資格
-PC（MSワード、MSエクセル、ロータスノーツ等）
-コミュニケーション・スキル
-プレゼンテーション・スキル（セミナーあり）
-流暢レベル（上級）の英語力：業務遂行上、英語力は必須

-以下の経験・知識があれば尚可
-金融機関での業務経験（証券会社以外での経験）
-金融機関でのコンプライアンス以外の業務経験
-一般的な法律の知識（大学の法学部を卒業）
-簿記、会計及び金融の知識
