-クライアント・ガイドラインおよび法規制に対するコンプライアンスの検証
-クライアント・ガイドラインに対する、定期的な保有アカウントのコンプライアンス・チェック
-リーガル部門での法規制およびガイドライン・イシューにおける連絡業務および、会計士およびポートフォリオ・マネジメントとの連絡業務

-The role of this position is to serve as a member of the Trade/Portfolio Compliance team and verify trades to ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulations.
-Perform periodical compliance checks of account holdings versus client guidelines.
-Iinteract with Account and Portfolio Management as well as the Legal department on regulatory and guideline issues.

-少なくとも1・2年の金融業界における業務経験、資産運用会社等での経験であれば尚可
-投資ガイドラインに対する取引のチェック経験、優遇
-金融商品の基本的な知識、債権およびデリバティブに関する知識があれば優遇
-同時進行で複雑なタスクを時間厳守でこなせる方（プレッシャーに対処できる方）
-問題解決能力
-英語能力（ビジネスレベル以上）および日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
-積極的な方、チームプレイヤー
-PCスキル：ワード、エクセル等

-At least, 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably at an asset management firm. Experience checking trades against investment guidelines is a plus.
-Basic knowledge of financial products. Bond/Derivatives is a plus.
-Capability to manage multiple tasks with tight time deadlines under pressure.
-Possess strong problem solving ability.
-Excellent English/Japanese communication skills both in written and oral.
-Team player who has a proactive attitude.
-Good PC skills: MS Word, Excel.
