Work as a business analyst role and provide leadership in business system analysis in IT project

The candidate will have a role as a senior business analyst, to provide business analysis, system solution, project coordination, and user support, in IT project environment. S/he shall work with business users and system development team effectively and efficiently; to ensure that production issues and business requests are communicated and documented clearly in timely manner.

The candidate should always have proactive attitude and strong motivation to face both business and technical challenges. S/he shall be comfortable to work in a multiple task environment and demonstrate the ability to develop the leadership in an IT organization.

The candidate will also have a role as a system coordinator between business unit and IT operation team. S/he must be a detail-oriented and well-organized team player.

1) Insurance knowledge with system development experiences.

4) Native level Japanese language and business level English language skills
