* Job Responsibilities:

- Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable system
- Performing reconciliation of accounts from the general ledger by researching on-line and record sources, and preparing “correcting journal entries” as necessary
- Preparing journal entries for the general ledger system on a monthly basis by collecting necessary data, analysing and/or allocating costs and preparing audit trail support for the journal entries
- Analysing general ledger accounts for accuracy; analysing accrual accounts to ensure proper accruals
- Preparing complex financial reports in a timely and accurate manner; and completing individual analytical projects in a satisfactory manner given abstract project guidelines

* Requirements:

- Knowledge of Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, Consumption Tax
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Staff management experience
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in applying accounting principles/theories and concepts
- Knowledge of revenue, costing, budgeting and month end reporting
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
