募集要項

1. Technical support of Development tools for embedded systems.
2. Correspond to support requests from channel partners and end users.
3. Problem reproduction, issue isolation, log tracing in the office.
4. Customer management, explaining the nature of issues and mapping to the resolution.
5. Corresponding with Escalation support team in HQ.
6. Both in-house remote support, and on-site field support will be required.

1. 組込み用開発ツールの日本国内ユーザに対する技術サポート
2. チャンネルパートナーとエンドユーザからのサポート要求に対応。
3. オフィスでの問題再現・分離、ログとレーシング。
4. カスタマーマネージメント、問題説明と解決方法のマッピング。
5. HQのエスカレーションサポートチームとの共同作業。
6. インハウスリモートサポートと、オンサイトフィールドサポート。

スキル・資格

Technical and educational requirements:

- 5+ years of software engineer background for embedded systems development
- 5+ years of C/C++ and Assembler programming experience
- Advanced knowledge of RTOS, uITRON and Linux
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability of engineering management

Personal skills:

- Strong commitment and team spirit.
- Self management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work
- English skill: Conversational, Japanese skill: Native

技術的条件：

- 5 年以上の組込み機器業界でのソフト、もしくはハード開発経験
- 5 年以上のC 言語、アセンブラでのプログラミング経験
- RTOS、Linux, μITRONに関する知識
- トラブルシューティングに関するスキル
- エンジニアリング・マネージメント能力

その他の条件：

- 強い意志とチームで働く意欲
- 自己マネジメント能力、イニシアチブ、および先を見越す能力
- 英語スキル：日常会話、日本語スキル：ネイティブ
